No matter where you live, you can be with us for nine powerful days of prayer to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.
This year's Annual Solemn Novena to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal is the first such novena to be held since Minor Basilica status was bestowed on The Miraculous Medal Shrine by the Vatican in January of this year. Starting on November 13, Members of Mary’s Miraculous Medal Family around the world — which you are a part of! — will join in nine days of prayer to our Blessed Mother. As one Family, united by our devotion to Mary, we will bring our needs to the foot of Mary's Altar.
When you join in prayer to Mary our Mother with your Miraculous Medal Family, lives are changed! Time and again, people who have prayed this Solemn Novena have experienced rays of graces from Mary’s hands.
Prayers to the Blessed Mother for healing, for peace of mind and heart, for reconciliation, and for a closer walk with her son Jesus Christ — Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal listens lovingly to such prayers from her children. As someone who is devoted to Mary, you ask for her intercession and have had your prayers answered.
I recently sent you a package about this important novena. This package contains a letter from me, a Novena Prayer Guide, schedule, and a special tabletop altar with an image of the Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. This year, our Solemn Novena is an opportunity to see the hand of God through the love of our Blessed Mother. We will celebrate our founder, Fr. Skelly’s creation of a Miraculous Medal Novena and throughout the nine days, we will love and honor the dearest of all women, Our Mother and the fairest of all mothers.
